At GlitzGallery, we take pride in offering premium-quality watches and accessories. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you promptly.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions only:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (not the item you ordered).

Please note that products must remain unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Mandatory Inspection Procedure (Proof of Damage)

Due to the high value and authenticity of our luxury products, we require clear proof for any damage or incorrect item claims.

  • 🎥 Video Proof is Mandatory:
    Customers must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened. This video must show the sealed package, product unboxing, and visible damage or incorrect item received.

  • ⏱ Immediate Contact Required:
    If no video is available, customers must contact GlitzGallery within 1 hour of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp or Call to report the issue.

Claims submitted without video proof or after the allowed time will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be rejected.

3. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Items showing any signs of use, wear, resizing, or alteration.

  • Products without original packaging, manuals, tags, or warranty cards.

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., style, size, or color).

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is verified and approved after inspection of your submitted proof:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable).

  • Please note that shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
